HOW TO USE
- Once trolley assembly has been carried out, insert the perforated polypropylene boards on the trolley shelves.
- The trolley is loaded with various dairy products: hard cheeses, soft cheeses, and semi-hard cheeses.
- The product is aged in the drying room, the resting cell, the curing room, inserting the trolleys in each of them.
- Round hole boards can be used for semi-hard and soft cheeses. Rectangular hole boards can be used for semi-hard or hard cheeses.
