Alfio Cristoforetti founded Avioincar in 1999 to design & manufacture innovative equipment in the food sector of meat, cured meats and dairy. Our mission has always been to develop products that make life easier for our customers and that adapt to their way of working using safe and robust materials at the lowest possible price. It is essential to underline that all our products are designed and manufactured by us in Italy.
