Suitable for forming various pressed and Sopressata meats with stainless steel 304 side opening.

HOW TO USE

  • The stainless steel cage is opened and the fresh sack filled meat with diameter between 60 and 90 mm is inserted inside.
  • The cage is then closed, locking it with a safety rod and a stainless steel hanging chain.
  • After curing, the cured meats will have a pressed, flattened shape.
