HOW TO USE

  • On introduit les différents produits de charcuterie : salami, mortadella, coppa, culatello, joues de porc, speck, saucisse de Strasbourg avec la ficelle appropriée au niveau de la poutrelle en inox en étoile.
  • On place ensuite la poutrelle en inox en étoile sur les différents équipements : chariots de boucherie, balancelles à salami, carrousels en inox.
