Meat and Salami Sector: Nylon Hooks

Avioincar was founded in 1998 as a manufacturer of equipment for the meat and cured meats sector, we are the first Italian company that produced nylon hooks thus reducing production costs.

The hooks are made of food-grade plastic material, resistant over time and capable of withstanding high loads up to 70 kg.

Our products are used for maturing and preserving meat in sausage factories and slaughterhouses. We produce a wide range of products for food storage both in stainless steel and in food-grade certified plastic material.

The main plastic products are:

  1. The plastic grid with boards for foods excellent for the preservation of meats and cured meats with side edges designed specifically for the food sector is used for seasoning and storage of meats.
  2. The Perforated ripening stackable in plastic for the seasoning of cured meats, for the transport, freezing and deep-freezing of meats.
  3. The perforated food polypropylene box suitable for forming various cured meats, in particular speck or raw ham, and for drying and drying various food products.

Stainless steel trolleys for the seasoning of cured meats

Avioincar has a wide range of stainless steel trolleys for various types of cured meats such as: speck, ham, smoked bacon, raw ham, rump, salami.

The trolleys can be used for drying, salting and seasoning in the special rest rooms. The shelves can be in stainless steel or in removable plastic boxes and the measures are customized on customer request.
